Star Forge is looking for a motivated Business & Administration Intern to support the company’s day-to-day operations, business development activities, and project administration.
Star Forge is a Belgian aerospace company developing technologies in spacecraft autonomy, resilient navigation, optical sensing, and GNSS-independent positioning. The intern will work directly with the founder and gain practical experience within a growing deep-tech startup operating across the aerospace, defence, and autonomous-systems sectors.
Responsibilities
The intern may support activities including:
- General administrative and operational tasks
- Preparation and organization of business documents
- Market and competitor research
- Customer and partner relationship management
- Updating contact lists and CRM information
- Conference, meeting, and event coordination
- Social media and LinkedIn content preparation
Profile
We are looking for a student who:
- Is enrolled in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related program
- Is organized, reliable, and comfortable managing several tasks
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Can work independently while asking questions when needed
- Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Is fluent in English
- Has an interest in startups, aerospace, technology, or innovation
Knowledge of Dutch or French is helpful but not required.
Internship Structure
- Approximately 4-8 hours per week
- Start Date in September 2026
- Flexible scheduling around classes and examinations
- Based in Leuven, with the possibility of 80% remote work
- Intended primarily as a curricular internship completed in cooperation with the student’s university
- Compensation and expense reimbursement will be arranged in accordance with the applicable university and internship requirements
