Bruno’s research investigates how spacecraft can maintain precision pointing as reaction wheels degrade, using periodic system identification and controller redesign to restore performance. He is presenting as a finalist in the competition.
Mentoring students and helping them develop their own research has always been an important part of my work. Seeing two students I have had the opportunity to advise selected to present at SmallSat this year makes returning to the conference even more special.
